The OS-88 6-Speed Sequential Transmission is specifically designed to maximize RB26’s engine performance potential with tested and optimized gear ratios.

The “88” of OS-88 designates the distance of 88 mm between gear axes. By optimizing the gear tooth width and axes distance, we were able to maximize the size of gears used in OS-88 to achieve a significant increase in strength within the dimensions of a BNR32 / BCNR33 transmission. Along with its unique design, its components are manufactured with carefully selected raw-forged materials.

The result is a sequential transmission optimized for RB26, that can handle up to 1500 horsepower.

Aside from its optimal gear ratios and outstanding durability, we utilized a unique dog-ring structure and helical-cut gears to minimize the drivetrain noise and shifting efforts
